1. Do you have ready stocks for your items?

All our items are pre-order items and we do not carry any ready-stock for the moment.

2. What is the waiting time for every order?

The normal waiting time for every order is 2-3 weeks after Pre-Sale end. However if our supplier experience a shortage of stock, kindly allow another week for the order to arrive.

3. How often do we update with new clothes and bags?

We will update with new clothes and bags every 2 weeks.

At the moment, TLA does not ship to overseas.

At the moment, TLA focus is on building its rapport with customer therefore we don’t entertain resale of our apparels.

7. How is payment made?

Payment has to be made within 3 days upon issuing of electronic invoice or else there might be a possibility that your order will be cancelled.
Customer can choose to make payment through: (1) ATM fund transfer (2) iBanking

8. How are items sent to customer?

Normal Mail - Postage fees are borne by TLA. Items will be sent to your mailbox. We will not be held responsible for any loss of mail.

Registered Mail - An additional $2.20 will be charged. Items will be deliver to your doorstep, however if nobody is at home, you may contact SingPost to arrange for a second delivery or go down to the nearest post office to collect it personally. Your article number will be sent to you upon request and you can check the status of your mail at http://www.singpost.com.sg/

9. Can I pay you 50% of the total price as deposit and I will pay you the remaining 50% after the item arrive?

Yes, you can! TLA offers customer the flexibility of payment. You can choose to make a 100% payment or a 50% down payment while waiting for your items to arrive.

10. If we are unsatisfied with our purchase, does TLA provide exchange or refund?

As TLA do not hold any instock therefore we are unable to provide a 1 to 1 exchange for you. However, we do have a Refund Policy. Kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

11. What happens when an item I purchase is out of stock?

If any of your purchase is out of stock, we will do a 100% refund back to your account immediately.

12. How can I trust your creditability? What if I paid and didn't receive my purchase?

We believe in running the business for the long term and building strong rapport with our loyal customers. Therefore, shoppers can trust us 100% and buy at ease while shopping with TLA.

To show that mutual trust is presence in the shopping process, TLA allow customer to pay a 50% down payment while waiting for your purchase to arrive.
